Ingredients
4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 3/4 cups white chocolate chips
1/3 cup butter
3 cups confectioners’ sugar
1 1/4 cups Irish cream liqueur
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
Directions
1. Butter a 8×8 inch pan.
2. In a microwave safe bowl add 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips, 1 cup white chocolate chips, and 1/4 cup butter and microwave for 45-seconds and stir. Continue until mixture is blended.
3. Stir in the confectioner’s sugar and 1 cup of Irish cream until mixture is smooth. Stir in nuts. Place mixture in the prepared pan and lay a sheet of plastic wrap over top; press and smooth the top down.
4. Melt the remaining chocolates in a microwave safe bowl until soft. Add the remaining butter and Irish cream and fork until smooth. Spread topping over cooled fudge with a knife. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
