Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
1 packet of taco seasoning
3/4 cup queso cheese
1 15 oz. jar of nacho cheese sauce
1 can refried beans
3/4 cup salsa
1/2 cup sharp cheddar
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup black olives, diced
4 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobe sauce, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/4 cup onion, diced
1/4 diced green onion
1/4 cup red pepper, diced
Directions
1. In a large skillet brown the ground beef, drain, and add the taco seasoning.
2. In a large pot add the ground beef, queso cheese, refried beans, salsa, black olives, chipotle peppers in adobe sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, nacho sauce, sour cream, and a 1/4 cup of sharp cheddar. Mix the ingredients together and turn on the heat to low/simmer. Stir until bubbling.
3. Transfer the mixture to a large heat-safe bowl and on top add red pepper diced, onion diced, and the remaining cheddar cheese.
