Several Rotary Club of Oswego members went to Texas to help repair flood-damaged homes during recent hurricane relief efforts. Sims said as Rotarians, “we had to help.” Some houses didn’t have flood insurance because they weren’t in a flood zone and were forced to pay for their own repairs.
