The fourth annual Batavia Dinner Table will start at 4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 4 on Downtown Batavia’s North River Street Woonerf.
The funds from the 200-person, family-style farm to table community gathering each year, are donated to the Batavia Interfaith Food Pantry, in Downtown Batavia. To date, nearly $20,000 has been contributed from this locally-sourced and prepared, volunteer-served meal.
The Batavia Dinner Table is a shared table experience where individuals can dine and mingle with neighbors at on one long table. The food is farm to table and much of the ingredients are sourced from the Batavia Farmers’ Market vendors. Downtown Batavia restaurants and chefs will prepare the food for the dining experience.
Individual tickets for this event will go on sale at 7 a.m. Friday, June 7 at bataviadinnertable2019.eventbrite.com.
Tickets include a multi-course dinner and beverages for $60 each. The dinner does include wine and beer service, so we do require that all attendees be 21 years of age and older. Seating is limited, and tickets will sell out. We recommend purchasing right away.
This event is made possible, thanks to sponsors: Aldi USA, Miscella Real Estate, Batavia Park District, City of Batavia, Advanced Disposal, K.Hollis Jewelers, Spillane & Sons Building and Remodeling, Bulldog Plumbing Inc., Waveform LLC, and Katic Breads.
