When going to the dogs offers a good day, community fun

One-hundred dogs representing approximately 30 breeds competed Sunday, Oct. 2 in Aurora’s fourth annual Aurora Pooch Parade. From the family of four that won best costume to the corgi who proudly showed off her rollover skills to win the Best Trick Trophy to the coveted Crowd Favorite winner, a one-year-old Shit-Tzu named Jairo, right, dressed as the Grinch’s dog, Max, every pooch was a star.
