Pamela O’Brien and Ruthie Landis will lead the workshop For a Deep and Playful Exploration of Purpose & Meaning, from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, May 4 at Unity of Fox Valley, 230 Webster Street, Batavia.

The work/playshop is about much more than choosing a career path. The time will be spent discovering why we are here, what gifts we bring to ourselves, our families, friends, and the greater community. Upon discovering our purpose we will find the key to a wellspring of contentment, inner joy, and gratification. At the end of our days we might ask ourselves, “Did I live my purpose?” Through discovery tools, including the Enneagram, body awareness practice, yoga, collage, collaboration, creative visualization, and meditation, we will discover our innate purpose and find meaning in it! Cost is $90 which includes a light lunch.
