• Cannabis legislation was the focus Saturday morning for the panel at Waubonsee Community College Downtown Campus in Aurora. Bills in both the State Senate (316) and the State House (2353) would make cannabis legal to take it off the illegal market. • Most communities will start free yard waste collection for two weeks April 1, no foolin’.
