Plano resident Ed Carter Monday, Feb. 17, gives details of Campaign 100: Lions Clubs International Foundation’s three-year campaign to raise $300 Million for Lions’ service projects worldwide. Carter was the keynote speaker at the Aurora Noon Lions Club’s membership meeting at Luigi’s Pizza and Fun Center in Aurora. Campaign 100 will help empower local Lions Clubs to focus on preventing avoidable blindness, fighting diabetes, alleviating hunger worldwide and other projects. Al Benson/The Voice
