Recipe of the Week: No bake energy snack

Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1/2 cup organic crunchy peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

. Place the peanut better in a microwave safe dish and microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute to soften.

2. Combine oats, chocolate chips, flax seed, softened peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract together in a bowl.

3. Form the mixture into approximately 24 balls using your hands. Arrange energy bites on a baking sheet and freeze until set, about 1 hour.
