The Rotary Club of Aurora Sunrise will be host to its 17th Annual Wine and Chocolate Experience, at the Stonebridge Country Club, 2705 Stonebridge Boulevard, Aurora, from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2. All proceeds will help benefit the young individuals of our community!
Our evening’s theme, Be The Inspiration, is the Rotary International focus for 2018-2019.
The Rotary Club of Aurora Sunrise sponsorships include: Educating our youth through Rotary Youth Exchange, our foreign exchange student program; feeding our youth by supporting food pantries; sheltering our youth by being partners with Wayside Cross Program and Mutual Ground; and mentoring our youth through Teen Night, Fox Valley Christian Action.
At the Wine and Chocolate Experience, our guests can enjoy a three-hour open beer and wine bar, appetizers, and a dinner that includes a house salad, main entrée of chicken and beef with whipped potatoes, vegetable medley, and lava cake with fresh berries for dessert. We will have a 50/50 drawing, heads or tails, and silent and live auctions that will round out the evening of fellowship.
Those who cannot attend the evening can help through sponsorships or donations of auction items, or monetary donation. All donors will be acknowledged at the event.
