The depths to which is possible to feelIs deeper than what you would take as real. Most of us feel we’re adequately defensedWith safety measures to what we’re against.Until it happens there’s no way to knowHow deep your feelings were, how strong a blow.We mourn what we now know we have
These lines that I’m about to writeMay not have any good insight,But thinking by itself is notYou see one practicing a lot.Oh yes, they think–of what to do,Of things they now must follow through,Of what is coming up ahead,Of drastic measures they will dread. But simply to sit back and museIs
No matter if you get up at the crack of dawn,The first thing that you do is put the coffee on.And everybody knows not to get in your wayUntil you’ve had your coffee, and that means every day. And if this morning ritual becomes engrained,You may well think that now
It takes a heap of doing something positiveBefore you may determine how you want to live. And even then to settle for a lesser post;Because you lacked the ways and means you needed most. Now take a good look at what has been written here;If you’re inclined to envy others, you’ll

The One World concept means be governed byOne group of entities on high; And private enterprise no longer there; Our freedom, by itself, not there to share.Your life will be controlled beyond your ken,Freedom of choice a long lost memory then. They feel that all America has doneWill still be there for them
Okay, So it’s Labor Day…so what? What does it have to do with what I’ve got? What happened all those many years agoDoes not seem something I should want to know. Well, listen up! It has to do with you. What you are capable of earning, too.It helped to elevate the common man;Slave
Is there a reason for our intellect? There must be–perhaps more than we suspectThis thought occurs a lot to mortal manHave tantalized our minds since man began. But then there is no answer we can touch,We simply shrug it off, not caring much.We view it as conjecture, nothing more;We have no cogent
I figure Heaven’s still a lonely place; For the Commandments say what we will faceUpon the Day of Judgment, stern and stark,And the direction on which we’d embark. We dare not think that God will hem and haw,Allowing us to circumvent the Law.For, after all, the Law’s the Law—point blank; And we have
Of course, it was a shock: Herschel being gone; And instantly the thought: Will we carry on?Perhaps he knew, perhaps he didn’t, but we knowIt is because of him the Breakfast Club did grow.He did not choose to live upon a self-made shelf; In fact, at times, he was larger than life

An old man had died, who had been of good stock,Who also was proud of his Grandfather’s clock,Which also had stopped with the former’s last breath,A singular tribute upon the man’s death. When something like this does occur, in a sense,We tend to then label it coincidence. But that quickly fades, for
